Special offer (for the remainder of 2025):
free coaching sessions!
I’m currently in a certification process for PAAC (www.paaccoaches.org) and need test clients who are OK with being recorded (the recordings might be shared with my teachers, and only in audio format with no personal information other than what we talk about in our session).
Do you have ADHD (or think you have) and want to test a life coach specialized in ADHD? Right now all sessions are for free (”Pro-bono”).
ADHD-coaching is solution oriented and strengths based, which means that I support you in finding strategies, build skills and strengthen you to deal with your ADHD-related struggles. A large part of this is exploring and confirming your strengths and motivations.
”Being coached” may sound like a passive thing but it is instead a very conscious action on your part, you need to be willing to explore and challenge yourself. You have goals and/or visions and need a little support to get going with the steps towards your vision. A typical thing about ADHD people is that we know exactly what we need to do, but we easily get stuck before doing any of it.
You, as a coachee, have full control over the content of our sessions, I contribute with my knowledge of the process and with helping you explore what needs to be done and what’s standing in the way.
PAAC = Professional Association for ADHD Coaches. Read more at https://paaccoaches.org (and especially about core competencies = https://paaccoaches.org/core-competencies/ and the essential parts of ADHD coaching = https://paaccoaches.org/the-5-essentials/).
I’m also trained within ICF ( International Coaching Federation https://coachingfederation.org/) and follow the ethical guidelines of ICF.
Why not book a meeting and see if we are a good match? If you and I decide to continue, please be ready to commit to at least 3 sessions (5-6 are a standard minimum).
Who am I?
Anna Billman
I’m an ex computer engineer turned educator and coach. Living in the north of Sweden, two adult kids (both neurodivergent). I have a ”resumé” of crazy creative stuff (including a mobile viking restaurant) but also a big love of systems and structures. I realized in 2019 that I was neurodivergent myself (because my eldest started an evaluation and said ”mom, you have it too!”).
I have also been burned out several times, mostly due to a strong need to ”prove myself” in spite of my (very hidden) struggles.

If you want to know more before booking a meeting, you can also e-mail me at anna@vildcoachen.se.
